Our Scout Group is one of 12 groups in Worthing Scout District, which in turn, is part of West Sussex Scout County and the United Kingdom Scout Association.
Within 8th Worthing Sea Scout Group, Scouting activities are the responsibility of the Group Scout Leader (GSL). They are helped by the Group Executive Committee, which has particular responsibility for raising money, setting and collecting subscriptions. Each section is run by its own leadership team, led by a Section Leader (Beaver Scout Leader, Cub Scout Leader, Scout Leader) they are helped by Assistant Leaders, Section Assistants and Occasional Helpers.
Everyone in the Group is a volunteer and unpaid.
