Our Scout Group is one of 12 groups in Worthing Scout District, which in turn, is part of West Sussex Scout County and the United Kingdom Scout Association.
Within 8th Worthing Sea Scouts, Scouting activities are the responsibility of the Lead Volunteer. They are helped by the Trustee Board, which has particular responsibility for all governance tasks. Each section is run by its own leadership team, led by a Team Leader and helped by Team Members and Helpers.
Everyone in the Group is a volunteer and unpaid.
