We are one part of the largest Scout Group in England (2nd in UK).  While pursuing the aims of Scouting there is particular enthusiasm for kayaking and an emerging resurgence in dinghy sailing.

Young people may join our troop from Cub packs in our community and group, or join without any Scouting background.  Scouts are encouraged to develop their interests and move on to Explorers Scouts.

We are proud to be Royal Navy Recognised.  This means we are invited to the Royal Navy Summer Camp, compete in national swimming and football competitions and visit RN establishments.
